Beautifully kept hotel, lovely big, comfortable, warm rooms. Hot showers . Excellent breakfasts and a great cafe too. Close to lovely coastal , views , coastal walks , walk into town. Good position for transport , restaurants ,local hotel/ pub , cafes .

We booked rowntree lodge for 2 nights, when we got there we were upgraded to Derwent house apartments which was absolutely gorgeous could not fault a thing about our stay

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable beds in large well set out rooms. Very pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast. The parking is on street but the hotel have parking discs for three hours.

Room was amazing on the front of the hotel big bay window,huge bathroom and could even see the sea😎cafe and bar downstairs and minutes walk to sea,great access to footpath to Pennine way.

The Rowntree Lodge is extremely great value for money. The hotel is in a good location with sea views. Our room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise, and I have to say, pleasantly surprised at that. The room was very large, with a lounge area and lovely comfy bed, the bathroom was a very good size and what's more the whole room, basically the whole hotel was so clean, which helps make you feel just much more positive about a place. I'd say it was the cleanest hotel we've stayed in, in Scarborough. And last but not least, the staff are all very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Thank you to all involved.
