The breakfast was the biggest l have eaten cooked to perfection we were full all day .The location was great half way between the town and the park ,parking the car was just outside the guest house The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed.

The property is a couple blocks from the beach, as well as cafes, and restaurants. It’s a 30 minute drive, to Whitby. The breakfast is fantastic!

An excellent base for exploring the area, and accepting that the breakfast was essential as the meal that set you up for the day, what else could you ask for.

Rhona & Peter were friendly, welcoming very helpful & couldn't do enough for us. My partner loves a cooked breakfast & wasn't disappointed. Well cooked, & great portion size. I don't do cooked breakfast , but had lovely filling 'overnight' oats with yoghurt & berries, plus toast & could have also had cereal but was stuffed! Lovely relaxed atmosphere, our room was spacious & well decorated with plenty of storage.very comfy & good night's sleep I was able to park outside & a nominal £3 fee for the weekend ( council imposed) we couldn't fault anything & really enjoyed our stay
