Perfect for us and feedback from our last trip was taken on board and acted upon so that we had a beautiful mirror added to the room within reach of a socket so we could use it when drying hair.

Who ever organised the rooms thought of everything - right down to providing earplugs. We couldn’t fault it at all. I’ve stayed in 5 star accommodation in London and this is on par with those. Too much good stuff. Will - we hope - would stay again.

Good communication from Carlton house if required ie informing us of parking permits for stay and room and code entry details was very good .

The room we stayed in was very lovely and the facilities were great. It was cold, due to the time of year, but there were spare blankets and heaters in our room which we used. The house itself was a great proximity to the town centre which was amazing. We had a really lovely stay and enjoyed our time at Carlton House very much!

Excellent location, within a very tranquil area. Fabulous, well equipped room with very comfortable beds! Amazing host in Bilyana, who was very helpful and we received instant responses from start to finish of our booking, even arranging last minute parking permits for us on our day of travel.
