Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Very clean in all areas, well decorated and maintained. Nice and warm on a very cold NYE! The room was excellent; spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Loads of storage and a very comfy bed. We ate breakfast and dinner there for two days. Breakfast was served at the table and was the best we've had (in any hotel) in a long time! There was plenty of choice for dinner and the food was freshly cooked and excellent.

Nice little pub the cottage was cosy and the staff brilliant and chatty the food was good but don’t mention the queen or you never hear the end if it 😂

Our room was separate from the main building which for me was great, no being disturbed during the later hours by doors opening and closing. We found the beds very comfortable and slept well. Plenty of tea and coffee provided in the room. Breakfast was yummy.

Lovely stay at the Blacksmiths Arms . Good bar area , good selection of beers . Room spotless, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was great , well cooked in a lovely setting
