We rented ap. 2 - the 2 bedroom. We are a family of 2 adults, 2 older children. Washing liquid, dish washer tablets and hand soap were all provided, contrary to other reviews (though can confirm no comfort welcome pack and no cleaning spray). Main bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were of excellent quality and immaculate. Heating was automatically controlled and was on an appropriate setting with the ability to boost where needed. Hot water was plentiful, the windows seem well insulated against sound from the outside, including the church bells which were barely audible through the master window when closed. Impressive. We appreciated the tasteful Christmas tree which had been placed in the living room. Decor in living room/kitchen was nice, the views from the living room window are beautiful across the north bay. On the whole, decent facilities and good location for easy access to town and the front.

A lovely, clean, spacious apartment in a good location to explore Scarborough. Comfortable beds with a tv in each bedroom. The main bathroom had a good powerful shower, well equipped kitchen, and amazing views looking out over the beach and sea. Parking space right out front is a real plus. The apartment heating kept us warm for our 3 night stay. There are lots of stairs but fine for our family, and it only added to a great view being on the top floor. Would be happy to recommend.

It was as lovely in real life as the pictures were. Super clean, a kitchen full of everything you could possibly want to use whilst away, and views that you could sit and look at 247

Stunning location and views, modern and well furnished apartment, there is definitely a wow factor. Parking is a big bonus. The apartment was very comfortable, and easy to follow directions and check in procedure.
