It's quiet, clean, comfortable and inexpensive. It is dated but everything works properly, I'll certainly stay again.

Room was clean, adequate and comfortable with fridge and microwave which came in handy. Location was good for our purposes of not being in a tourist hub but being in between Portland, Old Orchard Beach and not too far from Ogunquit. No bells and whistles but completely suitable for our needs. Would have liked a coffee machine in the room.
