This is a privately owned one bedroom ground floor apartment in a small block of flats. Across the road is a great laundromat. It is around the corner from the main Sawtell village strip which offers loads of restaurants, a cinema, couple of clothing shops, second hand shop and is very close to the beach. Also at the back of the property is a little river which was very pretty, and lovely to go out to sit next to it to have early morning coffee or evening drinks and snacks. Assigned open parking for your car right next to the unit. The Queen bed was seriously comfortable with a gloriously cushioned mattress cover. Plenty cupboard space in the bedroom.

Location was excellent. Apartment, whilst old, was very cosily decorated. Felt like someones house rather than a holiday rental which I really liked. Bed was really comfortable and the little extras in terms of a few snacks and generous bathroom supplies was appreciated.
