“Great location, clean and comfortable unit but overpriced”

Great location - walking distance to Sawtell strip and beach, spacious living area, large kitchen, new washing machine, good to have linen and towels provided (given a lot of places seem to be scrimping on this). Excellent, friendly, communication from hosts, including advance notice of a power outage. Quiet, solid building. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. TV and air con worked well. Very clean and tidy. Good for families with young kids. Some interesting art. Info about the area provided.

The location is quiet and close to everything. Space is generous and clean. All amenities are available.

The location was great once we found the neighboring streets had great restaurants and easy access to the beach. The house was quiet and clean, as well as mostly well furnished. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive to any request.
