Really clean and welcoming. Desk staff and the concierge were great with recommendations. The location was superb, right where we wanted to be. Beds and pillows were great, shower was nice and I always appreciate an iron and board in the room, I hate having to ask for one so that was a bonus.

A really lovely hotel in the heart of Savannah - the rooms were comfy, the pool was so peaceful and refreshing, it felt safe for a solo female traveller and the staff were all really friendly. Plus there were lots of dogs to pet, what a bonus

The rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The AC works very well. There is complementary free coffee service in the morning and wine service in the afternoon which makes the lobby to a very nice place to stay and to meet other guests.

Large rooms, good beds, great atmosphere, and good location in beautiful Savannah. Valet parking was convenient. Free wine in the lobby meant, because it rained then, that the (not too spacious) lobby was very busy and loud. Inner courtyard was a great place for a relaxing drink. Pool especially popular for families with (younger) kids.

Reasonably centrally located near River Street, although it is on the edge of Savannah's town centre, and a walk from many of the sights. The staff (including valet) were very friendly and helpful, with the exception of the concierge who could be a little frosty.
