I arrived earlier than check-in time and the staff were very friendly and nice, took my backpack at first and told me to come back in two hours which was still one hour earlier than check-in time.

The hotel is situation at the most prominent location. On a walking distance from the main train station, bus station and point of attractions. I really enjoyed it.

Was warned that hotel is from previous era - BUT it was freshly renovated, view on the seaside was excelent. Everything was perfect. Helpful and nice Staff. Good breakfast. Close to all attractions and Railway Station.

Good location, easy walk from train and bus station. Lovely balcony view of the harbour. Good and lively bar, no need to go into town for a drink. Reasonable value for money, good standard functional hotel room.

We were incredibly surprised by the efficiency and attentiveness of the staff at this hotel. Shortly after booking, they informed us about nearby construction and offered alternative accommodations. In no time, they arranged a new stay for us, which exceeded our expectations in terms of service. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed, making our experience on Rügen Island truly memorable. We will definitely return and trust them for future visits!

We had a great time there. The hotel informed us in advance about the renovation that is taking place at the building at the moment, so we knew what to expect. The hotel is well located and the room is comfortable and clean.
