The facility for kids, the welcome information while checking in by the staff is amazing. They give a complete information about the activity of the hotel. The building is great & well maintained.

We could only do one night so went too quickly. Fabulous evening meal at the glasshouse. Live music in the bar. Incredible massage the next morning. Sell was my masseuse and she was amazing. Felt though we didn't do it justice as grounds beautiful but we didn't get to explore

The Grove is super beautiful in its own complete huge private surroundings, and kept in wonderful condition this really is a special place. Being December decorated beautifully and even had a Jo Malone collaboration including a pop up shop, from the moment I arrived it smells delightful and temperature is warm with friendly staff (Moushakue) truly making the welcome 10/10. Everything is spacious too and I haven't touched on the gorgeous room, restaurants and bar lounges :)

Room was adorable and loved it. The Breakfast was Wow and so was the Dinner at the Glass House was exceptional. Every where was super clean and the staff were friendly and supportive and 1st class. My Mum asked for Rose petals to be sprinkled in the Room and that was done too. Throughtout decor and Xmas lights looked Wow.

My older son, who is 6 years old, told me he rates the hotel 105 out 10! And cried when we had to leave. He said, mummy I think the Grove is top of my list, I love it even more than Fourseason lol

Overall the hotel was good. Staff were friendly and nice. Just some incidents that occurred that dampened the stay a little bit.
