Good view from my window and underfloor heating in the bathroom has been appreciated. Breakfast was good with variety of options for everybody. Staff at the restaurant were pleasant but I would suggest when doing their job to be aware of customers present and make them priority.

I have stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions recently and each time it was excellent. The recent refurbishments have ensured the rooms are modern, bright and extremely comfortable.

Everything else was good. Easy to check in, free breakfast, the elevator worked, the room was okay, the shower was good, two sets of towels, decent range of TV shows, etc.
