From the moment I arrived in the city, Emilio's warm welcome made me feel right at home. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The place itself is spotless and cozy, with a balcony that offers breathtaking views – the perfect spot to unwind. The cleaning staff were absolutely delightful, always with a friendly smile. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay!

Excellent location. The owner was super nice and available. He covered the parking space in the port and he also offered water and free breakast (pastries) for the first morning. Very modern apartment in front of the beach.

The host is very accommodating and friendly. Very good communication with check in times. He will meet you and make a tour of the room and amenities.Rates are very affordable and the location is superb! It’s really beachfront to Sarande beach and near the shops. Rates also came with breakfast. I will definitely book this place again if I visit again in Sarande.

Excellent location for the ferry, views from the property were outstanding and the sea is practically on your doorstep,owner and cleaning staff were very friendly.

Perfect location right on the beach in the heart of Sarande, with an amazing view and private sun loungers on the balcony. Clean rooms, very friendly staff who went out of their way to help, breakfast and parking included. Would be very happy to stay here again

Emiljos was the best host. He met us at the ferry terminal and carried our cases and organized for his son to help us get to the bus station on leaving. The Yacht Villa is the best location. It was great for people watching and swimming. You could not have been closer to the water. The room was perfect and had everything we wanted. It is better than the photos. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it to all my friends who were going to Sarande. They get a 10/10 from my husband and I
