The experience we had was truly unforgettable. The apartments were comfortable, but what stood out the most was the owner, who deserves special mention. Every morning, she prepared a table full of fresh, delicious food, but most importantly, her kindness and care were so genuine that we even started calling her our "Albanian mother." If we ever return to this beautiful place, there's no doubt—we will definitely stay here again.

A fantastic place to stay, most of all because of the extraordinary friendliness and warmth of the lady who runs it. Very modern facilities, centrally located and within a few minutes of several good restaurants, bus services and the port terminal, and with a wonderful breakfast every morning: olives and apricot jam from plants growing in the garden, home-made cakes and pies.

It is a beautiful renovated villa with 7 spacious rooms with balcony not far from anything (10 mins to the port e.g) Fatmira the lady running the place is really welcoming and caring always available if you need anything! 10/10!!

Very comfortable rooms, located centrally. We were able to do everything by foot. But what made our stay outstanding is the family. Such friendly and kind peoe, always ready to help and genuinely interested in you and your day. I want to thank them again for our wonderful time.

Such a great little hotel with the sweetest staff, close to the beach and walking distance to the center. We stayed for one night and felt so welcome. When we arrived we even got served a homemade dessert and in the morning a surprise breakfast. Really recommend 😊

The Villa is in the heart of Saranda, with cafes and restaurants right next to the accommodation. Although centrally located, the room was quiet and adequately insulated. The hosts (Fatmira & Elisa) were exceptional and also did their utmost to meet our needs. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Extraordinarily clean, quality rooms and bathrooms, with great balcony and Aircon . Exceptional service from Fatmina...so kind and caring. I had a cold and she put a flask of herbal tea, fresh lemons, honey in my room for when I returned.

The building is located in a nice and calm area with lots of shops and restaurants around. There are great beaches just a few minutes walking distance. The rooms are so nice and very clean! The hosts are very friendly and make this place such a great place to stay. We really recommend this place to anyone coming to Sarande. Everything was perfect.
