Beautiful place in the mountains between Saranda and Ksamil. The beach is a short walk from the apartment down, then back up to the apartment. We love hiking, so walked to the Mussel house restaurant, then to Ksamil. It took us approximately 1h 15min-add extra time to spend here and there , plus walking back time is the same. Bedro, the owner of the apartment is a wonderful man! He doesn't speak much English, but if you have any queries his child is happy to help. Lovely people, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would like to mention some other things on here for you all to consider: you need to have car or use a taxi, but Google maps doesn't take you to the apartment, so you need to be creative. Their isn't any grocery shops, but opposite of Bedro's apartment there is a little family run restaurant -opens from 6am till late night every day - where you can have breakfast too. In overall it was a great place to stay. Thank you Bedro for having us!!!

Next to the beach but bit of a climb. He seemed nice and he got rid of a bug for me. The space itself was clean and had everything I needed. I'd stay again I think

Friendly owner. Clean room and bathroom. Good airconditioning. Nice terras with sea view and shade in the morning. Ideal for breakfast and coffee. Direct access with staircase to the road to the beach. Only a 500 meter walk. Very quiet and relaxing.

The place is not easy to find (no signs of villa) and not the best road to up (hard to believe that you need to go this way, dirt road ). But possible. To make it more comfortable for yourself is better to ask before check in. The host is great and very helpful. And the view is just amazing, you are on the top! The closiest beach is paid. You have free - 20-30 min on foot (not easy descent). Both beaches are extreamally beautiful. Tnank you!

The views of the surrounding area are a big plus - you’re close to animals & nature without being fully exposed. The host & hostess are extremely kind, understanding & help with anything - they washed our clothes & solved any questions. Air con was a massive help. Let us park directly outside the property. Value for money.

Humble accommodation with everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay in a beautiful beach location. Host was super lovely. We didn't share the same language but were able to communicate with each other with no problem. One draw back - lots of mosquitos, so bring some repellent.

The property is connected to beach! I could just walk or take my bike to the beach! The location is so convenient, the view from the villa is just beautiful!
