We had a fantastic stay at this villa! The views were stunning, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Communication with the host was seamless and helpful, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Wow, this was an amazing place to stay! It was a bit hard to navigate, but only the first time ;) We arrived late at night and were met with a friendly pair, so check-in went smoothly. There's seperate parking for guests and pretty much all you need. When we awoke the next day, we were stunned by the view over the ocean - you can even see Corfu! The beds are nice and we got plenty clean linen and towels. There's a washing machine as well and with Albanian temperatures, it'll dry in a second. We enjoyed lazing around the pool and the outdoor barbecue. The nearest shop is in Ksamil and there's plenty of good restaurants nearby (we strongly recommend L'arte Della Pizza). Our highlights were definitely Butrint and Gjirokaster!

The house is on the hill and has amazing view - direct on the sea and Corfu island. Beautiful sunsets!!! The house is not too big, but enough for 4-member family, with big terrace around the house. The first feeling when you reach the house is not too good - there are only ruined, unsettled houses around, but at all it was very safe and as we could see - it's quite common in Albania (lots of abandoned buildings everywhere). The swimming pool is not too big, about 3x5m, but great place to have a relax during hot weather. Beds are very comfortable, toilet is very modern and great, with washing machine. Air-condition in every room, working very good. Wi-Fi connection in the house and outside on the terrace also very good. Without car is hard to reach the place, but what was great - nearby there are 3 restaurants that you can reach by foot. From the house to the nearest beach is about 700m by foot (going down), but be aware that beaches there are private and you need to pay for sunbeds and umbrellas if you want to enter (even for just a minute to touch the sea). There is no information about that on the parking, so you can be surprised when you go down and need to pay 20 EUR only by cash.

This is a gem perched high on a bluff with stunning views over the Ionian and to Corfu. For us the location was perfect in the quiet seclusion between the madness of Saranda an Ksamil. Interior was newly renovated, comfortable and clean. The outdoor spaces sublime- especially the private pool area.
