the sea view was great, I recommend ++ the room was spacious and clean. the host was very welcoming and nice. there was an AC, a kitchen, Wifi and an Iron. I recommend for 2 people the location was good, next to lots of beach clubs and restaurants, markets etc but you are 1-2km far from the center of the city with the public beaches etc. but honestly you don’t feel the difference

Amazing view, would definitely come back just for that! Ideal for young couples with carry-on bags, as it would be difficult for families with luggage and kids to get to the location.

Nice and clean and simple, no clutter anywhere. Has aircon. Nice and spacious, you pay for what you get. Is pretty similar to the pictures.

The location was great and the accommodation was clean and well put together. We had the water view and the family loved it. We would surely be considering this accommodation if we ever visit Sarande again. The staff on the ground was supportive as well as the admin.

Brandnew nice apartments with quality furniture and sea view overlooking the city from a hill. Perfect for couples or friends, but not for the elderly, be aware of a lot of stairs and a 10 minutes walk rough up/downhill to the city and the beach. Moreover don't try to find the location by yourself neither by car nor by walk. Stop at the "art hotel" and call the owner, the very friendly owner will guide you the last metres to the property. Priváte parking avaliable
