Massive, clean room, thoughtful decor and lovely breakfast even tho we arrived for breakfast after it should have finished. The owner, Eleftheria, was so friendly and helpful.

Given the building spree in Saranda that led tho the whole bay becoming plastered with sort of uniform hotels and appartments, Saranda Hotel is positively different. Supposedly built in the 1990s, it has a light mediterranean architecture, only a quarter or so of the land plot is occupied by the building, so there is ample space for the garden restaurant (where breakfast is served as well) and, yes, for parking (which is not always a given at Saranda hotels). Rooms have been nicely renovated not long ago, WLAN and air condition work well, beds are comfy, the view is stunning, breakfast and dinner plenty and tasty - all ingedients for a pleasant stay are in place.

I love the hospitality the way we were taken care of well. The staff were very supportive and cooperative and friendly. They listened to us (me and my husband) and what we had to say, and they gave us positive feedback to better our experience and answered our every question that we did not understand very well. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel restaurant were something else that draws you in more and that you want to come back to such a positive experience I will never forget. Thank you

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good. The lady working at the reception supported us. We checked in very early and they did not refuse us, and they also prepared a romantic table for a special dinner for our wedding anniversary.

Location was amazing. And the staff was so helpful and always there to attend or help with queries. Balcony views were exceptional.
