We both really enjoyed the room itself, it was nice and comfy with a really fast working AC unit, also nice was the “beach” which isn’t really a beach. The water ist very rocky and you should wear some sort of shoes in the water.(watch out for sea urchins) The staff also always tried to help us the best they could :)

Location was fine, outside the city but within 10 min by car. If u are looking for nice views in outskirts, you’ll like it

We had a nice stay! The personnel was nice and the views are magnificent. The room was comfortable and the balcony spacious.

Everything was perfect! The private beach with the diving platform which the kids loved, the healthy breakfast, the friendly and helpful staff at the reception and at the bar, the proximity of Butrint National Park, Blue Eye and Ksamil. Lots of good restaurants around.

The villa is located in a very nice bay, out of sight of the crowded center of Sarandë. The atmosphere is really relaxed. The rooms are very comfortable and have a very nice view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also serve a great breakfast.
