It is a very beautiful, warm, and family-friendly hotel. I went for one night and ended up staying two more nights. I loved the room with its endless sea view and the wonderful décor. The owners were very hospitable, and the area was full of cafés and restaurants, though some were closed at the moment. The sea was crystal clear, and the area was very peaceful. I will definitely return. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality!

The hotel is located in the most beautiful spot in Saranda. It has a large enclosed parking area, and as soon as you step outside the door, you find yourself at the sea. The beaches and the seawater are much cleaner than on the other side, far from the noise of cars and nightclubs. The rooms, as well as the hotel's outdoor areas, have spectacular, unobstructed sea views. The owners were very kind and spoke several foreign languages. The cleanliness, breakfast, and room view were excellent. I will definitely recommend it to people who want to relax and enjoy the sea up close, just like I did.

The hotel is surrounded by private and public beaches the moment you walk out of the hotel (literally in 5 metres distance) you’ll find yourself in the beach. Our room was cleaned daily and it was spacious. We enjoyed a great view at the top floor. The breakfast was prepared on the spot , you could choose between sweet and salty. The omelettes were made on the spot and came to our table warm and fresh. Plenty of selection to satisfy everyone. The owners of the hotel , Konstantinos and his family had been great at assisting us with anything that we needed. The hotel is situated in the peaceful part of the city but also not too far from the noisy centre (10-15 walk). Lastly, the hotel has secure private car parking which is really hard to find in saranda especially if you have a nice car. The hotel has many outdoor spaces where you can relax and enjoy a drink. Nice and comfortable rooms, that were cleaned daily. Loads of outdoor spaces and verandas where you can enjoy a nice drink. Great and delicious breakfast. Really hospitable and polite owners. Close proximity to the centre, we would definitely be back.

Friendly staff, my room got upgraded as there were quiet and they let me work on my laptop in the lobby when I checked out. Great breakfast too. Also liked the location as it’s a quieter part of Sarandë

First of all the welcome on arrival and the friendliness of everyone. All the family and Tom (boyfriend of the daughter Victoria both helping out on their holiday from UK) always smiling and asking how I was and anything I needed. Accommodation was spotless and comfortable. Well situated and close to everything. Breakfast was filling with excellent service. Excellent place to stay. I stayed 4 nights and value for money.
