Before the stay, quick response to our message. We couldn't find the hotel with the sat nav, they sent someone immediately to meet us. Staffs are professional, place is clean, new hotel with room overlooking the sea, the breakfast are the best ! They treat their guests like VIP from the beginning till the end.

It was the best hotel we stayed in Albania! The receptionist who worked on the evening of October 13, 2024 she was extremely helpful. Additionally, on the occasion of my birthday, the hotel prepared a beautiful surprise with flowers, champagne and fresh grapes. The room was upgraded at no additional cost so we had a beautiful view of the sea. In addition, when leaving, we received Albanian sweets, Albanian alcohol and a fridge magnet for free! Incredible! I have never experienced such high quality service at such a price. Additionally, the breakfast was very delicious, plenty of choice, with a beautiful view of the sea. I highly recommend it! If I'm ever in Saranda again, I will definitely come back to this hotel :)

Incredible views from the balcony, and the staff were the best I’ve experienced in any hotel ever! Incredible suggestions from all the friendly people working at the front desk! I don’t normally leave reviews but this place really deserved it! Amazing!!!

I love the hotel! The staff was very accommodating and approachable, they always greet you with a smile in their face. The hotel was lovely, nice big room and clean. The sea view bed was amazing can't complain about the amenities on our room everything was well designed. Breakfast was good as well. Location was amazing too however a bit of hike when you dont rent a car but nonetheless the staff were very helpful with booking taxi for you everytime you need one. Amazing stay here! Will definitely come back next year.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The view is spectacular, and we were fortunate to have beautiful sunsets. Very nice breakfast. The staff are the best thing about the hotel. So welcoming, kind and helpful.

Very Clean and comfortable accommodation with very good view. We got a room with sea view. the staff were very friendly and always available to assist. no language barrier. I was able to pay with my card. the breakfast and dinning setting was very okay. The owner waited for us to check-in at 3:00am. we got a gift at checkout and a free drop off to the park. The stay was worthwhile.

Very nice and clean hotel with beautiful sea view. Spacious room with Netflix and toothbrushes even! Delicious breakfast and receptionists were exceptionally nice and friendly. Convenient parking too. Very good value for money paid.

We originally planned to stay at this hotel for only one night. But since we had such a good experience here and in Sarande, we stayed around for 3 nights. The rooms are very modern, super clean, spacious and look brand new (we visited October 2024). As the hotel is on a Hill, the views are incredible. The beds are nice. Our room had a comfortable couch. The breakfast is very good and complete, with nice views over Sarande. The free parking is located just next to the hotel and supports enough cars. Hotel Teuta has some of the friendliest personnel we have ever encountered. Every day, they are up for a chat (without obligations) to hear how your day has been, or to give advice. The staff at this hotel really cares about you. Multiple times they have given us good restaurant recommendations or some advice around visits. On arrival, we received a free drink and on departure even a gift with some local goodies. They were also able to give first aid for a minor injury. Well done!
