Everything was great ! The rooms very good , the beds very comfortable. Private free of charge beach with sunbeds and umbrellas . The swimming pool TOP ( highly recommended) the food very delicious. The owners makes as feel like in home 🏠

Exactly as described in the pictures. Lovely view from the rooms, epic pool/lounge area with three pools (one for small children). Very friendly staff (a family).

The hotel is nearly at the beachfront and is run by Jimmy and his very friendly family. The rooms are spacy and we had a view on the sea and also saw downtown Sarande. A Supermarket, Atm restaurants and bars are right around the corner. Included in the room price is a small fridge and Airco. Also included is breakfast, that is in Albanian style. Cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, eggs, sausages, bread, juices and a variety of fresh fruits. The restaurant look very nice and has spectacular views too… the pool area is spacy and has three pools that vary in depth. From the pool area there is an access to the beach. And here comes the bonus surprise… ;-) The sunbeds on the shoreline are included in your room price!!! Didn’t read that anywhere! Since beaches are in short supply here, let alone in Ksamil and therefore a sunbed at the beach is quite pricy. At Keliani you get a bracelet and have free access :-) So a well positioned hotel close to the beach with an elaborate pool area, very friendly owners, great views and free sunbeds at the beach. Guys, it doesn’t get any better than this :-) I mean if you can get over the fact that there is no free coffee at breakfast ;-) we are definitly coming back here.
