Amazing view, lots of sun light, can hear the ocean all day and night. Nice big room and good restaurant. Free breakfast was great. Very accommodating to our large friend group. The young waiter and chef working there were really hospitable and hard workers. The pool was awesome. Rooms and general areas were very clean.

Even though the hotel is not exactly located in Sarandë city itself, you can get into town by car in about 10 minutes. There is a small beach down the outdoors staircase of the hotel with loungers that you can take to sunbathe. The views from the hotel to the city are just breathtaking, especially at night. The hotel room was spacious and clean with a big balcony, new brand-new furniture and AC. It looks like the hotel is run by a friendly family. I don't understand the bad reviews on this matter regarding the staff's rudeness because they were lovely to us...smiling and asking us how our days have been exploring the area. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of ingredients and drinks. Much better than other hotels I stayed in Albania during my holiday. I loved the Greek style decoration outdoors surrounding the swimming pool, which we couldn't use because there was a storm unluckily. The car park outside is quite big. The hotel is lovely in general and it's good value for money.

Everything was great. Comfortable stay. Sarande and ksamil was only 15 mins away. Perfect place to stay. Restaurant food was very nice.

The stay at dodona was very good, i recommand. And the staff was so cool and kind. Dodona is a solid 9 but imma give a 10 because of DANIEL OMG HE REALLY IS THE BEST. Contact him for cheaper taxi

The hotel is located outside the hustle and bustle of Saranda. For us it was perfectly fine, but if you want the hustle and bustle, choose another accommodation. The beach is accessed by a flight of steps, but there is also a great pool with sun loungers and a separate children's pool. The staff were kind and helpful to us. Anyone booking here should expect to be 20 minutes walk from the first shop or restaurant. A few metres to the left of the hotel gate there is a beaten path which can be shortened, but you still have to allow 20 minutes, which was no problem for us. The balcony lighting is centrally managed.

Hi, my name is Vesna Nikolovski, and I am from Melbourne, Australia. I spent 8 days at Hotel Dodona in Sarnada, and it was amazing. The property is absolutely clean, with a great location where you can see the sea, amazing clean pool and the staff were exceptional helpful and friendly. The manager made us feel welcomed and made our stay to be a memorable amazing holiday. I will definitely go again and will recommend to everyone in Australia to go to Hotel Dodona. The breakfast was fresh and our rooms were very comfortable, with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The house cleaners every day cleaned our room so nice with fresh towels. Thank you, Hotel Dodona, for being the best hotel in Sarande and Ksamil. I will see you again.

Well, people might have different opinions but honestly this hotel is the best for enjoying the aesthetic beauty of sea. You can literally enjoy the waves of blue sea while having breakfast. This hotel ( unlike the rest of the hotels) is free from the chaos of the central which is absolutely amazing for peace loving travelers. On top of everything, all the staffs are tremendously friendly, welcoming and helpful. It feels like they are always there for you, especially Mevlud and Daniel, we had an issue in the washroom but they fixed it within 5 minutes that I really appreciated. Hotel staffs changed our towels and bedsheet and pillowcases everyday. Wait, this is not the whole story. If we look into the shortcomings of the hotel, first comes its location. It is far from the Sarandë central and you have to either take taxi or walk 10/12 minutes to a bus stop. The problem is there is no bus after 6:30. So, if you plan to stay late in the central, you must walk 30 minutes to come back to hotel or spend 15€ to get a taxi. Bathroom facilities might be disappointing too. It doesn’t have hand-wash, hanging towel/bathrobe is little inconvenient. I believe hotel Dodona should work on the following things 😊- 1. Blankets can be changed 2. Pillows’ quality can be improved 3. More breakfast items can be added 4. A hand wash is a must in the washroom Anyway, I am still in favor of Dodona because of its hospitality. The staffs are amazing.
