Excellent place run by excellent people. We arrive with a vision to explore the surrounding areas but ended up staying in the hotel for the whole week. The location is stunning, and the team has been most welcoming and helpful.

Private Beach with sunbeds & umbrellas. Stunning view. Redi very welcoming person. All the staff was very helpful. Easy to go to Ksamil or to the center of Saranda by car or by taxi. We ate fresh fish & especially octopus caught in the bay of the hotel.

We booked for 8 days and stayed 10 more! We really liked the place. A large and calming place. The photos are beautiful but the establishment is even more beautiful. It was secluded enough to avoid noise but close enough to everything so as not to miss anything. Also, the staff is some of the best we've had. The manager is extremely present and we feel his desire to ensure that everything is perfect. The team was just adorable, we felt like home. Oh, and the food was amazing :) We will come back with pleasure, thank you very much to the heaven beach family !

The beatch is a bit away from Sarande centre which provides peaceful relax time.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The private beach is amazing - if you need a calm place to stay without crowd - it’s a good choice. Good internet at the beach. You can pay by card. Breakfast included in the price. Free sunbeds.

We were looking for a quiet accommodation near the beach in Sarande and this was absolutely the best stay we could wish for! Off the beaten track and the only 'large' building in the bay. And yes, the name is so so so true: heaven! A beautiful scenery. We visited at the beginning of the season so the bay was not packed jet with sunbeds. We loved this. It felt like our private beach. The two brothers of the family run accommodation were super hosts and very friendly and helpful. And we had one of the best dinners at the beach with great scenery here. Delicious octopus! We would recommend this place when you're looking for a hidden gem! Would love to stay here next time when visiting Albania.
