The hotel is located right by the sea. The access road to the hotel is very steep, which might be challenging for inexperienced drivers if their car doesn't have a powerful engine. Fortunately, there was always a free parking spot available at the hotel. The building has an elevator. Although their Booking information states that check-in starts at 1:30 PM, it actually begins at 2 PM. The room had bunk beds for children. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The wardrobes were wobbly and not very stable, so for safety reasons, we decided not to use them. When we first pulled the curtains, both curtain rods fell down. Luckily, they didn't fall on the children. We recommend that the hotel screw the curtain rods in place to prevent future accidents. The balcony offered a beautiful view, the rooms were regularly cleaned, and fresh towels were provided. Breakfast was tasty and had a sufficient variety. The owners were friendly and helpful. The hotel has its own beach with sunbeds. It is safe to swim with small children only when the sea is calm. There are many good restaurants around the hotel. However, walking uphill can be quite an effort for elderly people :) Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and recommend it to other young families.

Beautiful view, straight out onto the sea. The private beach was wonderful. Small, but with great access to the sea and lots of chairs for sunbathing, just what we wanted. You can reach many beaches from there or just spend the day at the hotel. Lots of bars, restaurants, and shops close by.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Vangjeli and his wife are a local old couple with a great albanian hospitality!🥰 She cooked a delicious traditional breakfast everyday for us (which was included in the reservation). The rooms are decorated with modern furniture, the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. They changed our towels daily which I really appreciated. Our room had a wonderful sea view, since the hotel is located on the sea side. The location was good enough, next to Bougenvilles, 20 minutes by foot from boulevard. The hotel provided sun beds and a private beach, those were also included in the room reservation 😍. It is definitely a good value for money!💰

Beautiful renovated deluxe room, I recommend paying a little bit extra for upgrade. Right next to the beach and beach bar, perfect location. City center is also not far.

Absolutely incredible family-run hotel! I loved the breakfast, there’s free parking, it’s beachfront with free access. These lovely people met all my needs and ensured my stay was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend staying here - it is so worth it!

We had originally booked 6 nights at this hotel, but ended up extending for another three cause we were so comfortable. We absolutely loved our time here at this cute family owned hotel. We came to chill, swim and be in the sun. The hotels beach was perfect, plenty of sun beds for guests to enjoy, and the luxury of having a beach just a few steps down from our hotel room was amazing. The hotel offers breakfast, which was really convenient. There are small supermarket close by and restaurants on the main road. Just a short walk (approx. 1km) into the centre of Sarandë. Great if you wanna I go there for dinner some nights, but we definitely preferred living outside of the most hectic areas. Super friendly and helpful staff and great cleanliness. On our departure the staff helped us organise a taxi to the ferry, really appreciated. The hotel has no restaurant (except from breakfast), but they do have a fridge at the reception with cooled drinks you can purchase. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who travel to Sarandë for a sunny holiday ☺️

We've stayed at this hotel before, so we knew what to expect, and once again, it did not disappoint. The hotel boasts an excellent location with stunning views of Saranda. The price includes breakfast, parking, and access to the hotel’s private beach, complete with sunbeds and umbrellas. This offers exceptional value for money, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing day by the beach without the need to drive anywhere, and then take a leisurely walk into the city in the evening. The family that runs the hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with a booking error we made, showing great understanding and cooperation, which we deeply appreciated. We will definitely return to this hotel whenever we are in Saranda.
