The building was great, a lovely big sitting area and seperate kitchen area, extremely comfy beds, and very helpful host.

Mr Neden is really a host who takes care of the comfort of the guests who come to his home. The house is designed to accommodate 8 people in a comfortable way. On the bottom floor there is a kitchen, a dining table where 8 people can eat and a laundry room. At the same time the kitchen opens to the garden. There is a toilet and living room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 3 rooms for 2 people. There is 1 room and a bathroom on the roof floor. We thank Mr Nedim very much for sending us a cake on the birthday of my nephew. We thank you very much for your help to come from the airport.

This villa is a true gem! From the moment you enter, it captivates you with its gorgeous interior, soft pillows, stylish details, and artwork that create an incredible atmosphere. When our car broke down, they supported us so much that, without their help, we would have been completely stuck. The host arranged immediate assistance and gave us time and attention, ensuring we felt safe and at ease. We were a group of 8 people and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities. The location is on a slope but a close walk to old town. Very good value for money if you are a big group. The host is wonderful and very responsive.

This is a really spacious villa with all the amenities you could need. The owners are so friendly and helpful and accommodated our needs due to having an early flight. They left us fresh fruit, tea and coffee. Everything was clean, the bedding had a lovely fresh smell of laundry, much better than hotel bedding.

The house was only a few minutes' walk from the old town. The accommodation was spacious, well equipped and clean. Would like to highlight our host who was very nice and service minded.

Location was great. Only 10 min walk to the centre. Whole place was spotless and looked like it has been well looked after. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Just be warned it is up a hill so some of the walk is not easy. But out of 6 of us only 1 person goes to the gym and we managed to get up.

Everything was great with this villa from host to location, facilities to cleanliness and comfort. The villa is composed of 4 floors. The entrance floor has a large living room and a bathroom. The lower floor has the kitchen, terrace and garden which has a barbecue. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, oven, stove, dishwasher, etc. There's also a laundry area in the villa. The upper floor has one double room with an ensuite bathroom, two twin rooms and a separate bathroom. The top floor has a twin room and a bathroom. 3 of the rooms are equipped with AC units. The villa also has two parking possibilities. One of them is the indoor garage adjacent to the villa, for regular sized cars. For larger cars and vans, there's also an additional space in a parking lot nearby (ca. 100 m away). The host, Nedim, was extremely kind and helpful. He contacted me the day before arrival to agree on a check-in time. The villa was ready although I showed up 30 mins too early. Location is also good, 600 m from Bascarsija, i.e. centre of Sarajevo, however it's high on the hill. Not very comfortable to reach if you're by foot (especially with a stroller). Taxi to reach from Bascarsija costs around 3 euros. As said above, everything was great and I'd totally recommend staying at Villa Kuna.
