We arrived late and worried they were going to be closed but Ibro the security guy welcomed us with a smile, made us feel really welcomed, and showed us to our room. excellent service from him. Straggled to find the reception, I think having a reception sign would make it more clear. It would have been good to have a coffee machine as we did missed that. We also could not work out to get the TV to work. But overall it was a very good experience.

My stay at Waves Apartment was absolutely unforgettable! The apartment was clean, neat, and incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. What truly stood out was the exceptional management team, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I had initially booked a one-bedroom apartment, but due to an obstructed hill view caused by another building, they kindly upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment without any hassle. Their willingness to accommodate and compensate for the inconvenience was truly commendable. The staff, especially Ayah, deserves special recognition. She went out of her way to assist us, addressing our needs promptly and with a smile. Her responsiveness and dedication made our stay even more pleasant. The entire team was always just a call away, ready to assist with anything we needed. I highly recommend Waves Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The combination of excellent service, a well-maintained space, and a cooperative management team makes this place a standout choice.
