Property is located in the middle of the city. That said, location was exceptional. Property is nice furnitured, old construction architecture with nice rooms. What we liked a lot was big living room where kids had place to play around.

Space. A lot of space, natural light, style, comfort, and everything you need. This a top level apartment at a very good price, right in the center of Saraievo. The house has been renewed with taste and style: it is modern but it keeps some details of the period of the building. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a huge living room, makes it perfect for 4 people (2 couples actually, since the beds are a king and a queen size). It is also very silent thanks to the modern insulated windows. Of course, being in a busy area, it could be a bit more noisy if one keeps the window open (but which house in the center is not?). The only caveat could be that it is at the third floor and there isn't an elevator. The communication with the owner was easy and fast. He requested the 50% of the due payment in advance via bank transfer but when I told him that this would have been quite problematic for me he just agreed to be paid directly at our arrival.
