Comfortable place. Be aware that outside it doesn't look like an ordinary hotel and in its yard there is parking, but as a whole we had a wonderful time. It is near the old market, but except for the noise from the parking, very quiet. The staff is young and polite and speaks English. The breakfast is tasty. For the money spent, you wouldn't be disappointed.

Lovely little hotel very adjacent to the old town quarter of Sarajevo. Staff were great, hotel spotlesslessly clean and comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend and would stay again.

Melahi and the staff at Pansion Stari Grad were exceptional, they helped me with an early checkin, recommendations around the city and organising an airport pickup. The location is perfect for the old town and the rooms are warm and comfortable.

We liked everything, can't find any faults, location was great , room was clean and warm as we visited during cold Christmas time 😊 The best thing me and my boyfriend liked the most was breakfast, various things to eat , very tasty and kept traditional Bosnian breakfast ☺️ The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much , definitely recommend it .

My stay at the hotel was nice. Because my flight was delayed I arrived at around 10pm, a young woman was extremely kind to write me to know any updates about my arrival and to advise me that the check-in closes at 10.30pm...she gave me all the information to get into the hotel, about my room...but the thing is that when arrived in Sarajevo my internet stopped to work so I wasnt able to get all the info she sent me, but I was lucky enough that I arrived just before she was leaving. So when booking keep in mind that the hotel has no 24h person at the reception! Another thing that was misleading is the entrance of the hotel cause you have to cross a car parking and then you see a tiny entrance. The hotel accepts payment (even in euro) but only cash! My room was good, it was big enough for one person, it was warm and there was a window; a kettle with one teabag and one coffee bag was left there with a cup; The forniture werent new nor stylish but fine; th bathroom was tiny, there were soaps, hair drier and towels. The Hotel was good, the staff kind, the interiors have its own traditional style; the position is perfect for visiting the city center.
