Great location in the heart of the old town and close to local amenities. The staff were friendly and on hand to offer advice. The hotel was well maintained and the breakfast was top draw.

The hotel is located in Baščaršija, next to Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel.

Location in the city center, accommodation price, staff, and breakfast were great. I stayed with my wife and child and I recommend the Old Town hotel.

Location was good as it is just a very short walk from the vehicle drop-off point. The old town is off-limits to cars. Most attractions are within walking distance. Shopping malls a little further but still walkable for me. Food all around. Took an overnight trip to Mostar and came back to same hotel as they stored my big luggage! Took all my tours with "Meet Bosnia" and their meeting place is just 3 mins' walk away.

Super hotel in the heart of the historic touristic area, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Cool little wine bar right by. Room was a good size, bed was pure bliss and the heating worked very well on a cold weekend. Staff very friendly and helpful and a tasty breakfast offered. View from the room was beautiful.

The main thing I will remember about this hotel is the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were. On two occasions they went over and above what I would expect of staff. The location to the Old Town of Sarajevo was ideal. And the best bit... from the hotel door to the nearest nice bar is 3 metres !! The breakfast was as I would expect. Nothing fancy just good wholesome food.
