The rooms were very spacious! Bed was massive and extremely comfortable. The spa facilities were lovely and during the day quite quiet. It was very relaxing, they had separate lifts for the spa so you didn’t have to walk around the hotel in your robe and slippers!

Great location, as we were really there to visit SSST next door; but decided to have a short break too (if you like quiet, great, if you're clubber-types - nope). It's also a short walk to the No3 tram, and you can get a very cheap ticket up into the old town for so little money (direct, no changes, no brainer). So really, it's a great location if you want quiet vs. a busy city (nightmare) experience. The staff were ALL super FREINDLY and helpful. Big shout out to Danin, and also the rather lovely house-keepers on the 7th floor: our room's 'Towel Art' each day was something we looked forward to seeing. Also, the lady that makes the omelettes. What a complete treasure she is! Make *sure* you keep her, as she makes breakfast very special with her presence (let alone her cooking).

My trip was 5 days. The restaurant that serve breakfast was 5 stars for only two days. My room was clean, quite and very confirmable (Bed, Sofa and bathroom). Laundry service was super fast.

Hotel je izvanredan, osoblje vrlo susretljivo. Dopustili su nam produženi check-out bez nadoplate. Doručak je izvanredan, nema čega nema za svačiji ukus. Jedan od boljih hotela u kojima smo odsjeli, sigurno ćemo se vratiti kada budemo dolazili u Sarajevo.

The hotel surprised me with the standard that they keep. From the initial check in all the way through the stay and the checkout, the place was amazing. The rooms rival any 5 star hotel in the west (Australia in particular as that's where I am from). The breakfast was great, clean sheets amazing view of the surrounding hills, mountains and the river that runs besides the hotel. They offer a spa and swimming pool which I did not use but did inspect and again it does not disappoint, excellence! All you could ask for in Sarajevo, highly recommended for solo travelers and families. Close to local shopping centres and amenities. The Hotrl Cafe and Restaurants in house offer everything you could wish for and crave. Room service is a little pricey but not a rip off. Rooms have mini bars and safes. Next time I am in Bosnia with the family, I will most definitely try to stay here again.
