Beautifully restored 800 year old hamam, the only functioning one in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with hand crafted furniture in the rooms. Hamam experience was amazingly relaxing after a cold winter’s day. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

We loved this hotel in the heart of Sarajevo. The staff were very kind & welcoming throughout our stay. The room had great ambiance (more unique than a modern hotel room) and was comfortable, perfect for our family trip. Location is ideal as it's walkable to old town within minutes, and everything else is nearby too. Highly recommend, thank you!

Location - 10 mins drive from the Bus Terminal and just across the river from Bashchrshia where you can spend hours shopping and eating. Hotel - Fast check-in process, front desk staffs were amazing as they were very responsive and helpful. Tried the Hammam and it was fabulous. Breakfast was very homely and delicious. Room - Spacious, quiet and well decorated with oriental touch. Bed was comfortable and hot water was available throughout.

We adored this hotel. Our experience started before we arrived, when they arranged a car to pick us up at the airport. Tolga and the rest of the staff were absolutely lovely and helped us with everything we needed. The room was clean and beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the hamam. Breakfast was a variety of little bowls of things like jam, tahini, honey, cheese, Nutella and salads, to have with bread and the eggs made to order. Simple and tasty. The location is ideal - right by the old market and walkable to all the historic sights. We really loved it here and would recommend it to anyone wanting a friendly, well-located hotel at a very reasonable cost.

The hotel is in a beautiful building and well located for all the sights of Sarajevo. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel very highly.
