The room and the bathroom was very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable also. The location is perfect yet the pubs around the hotel are quite active at weekends. The elevator was out of order during our stay and our room was at the third floor. It was quite challenging and exhausting activity for us to go out several times especially considering that we are 50+ age.

The hotel is located in a very good spot, close to all tourist attractions. The street where the building is located is quite dark and unpleasant for walking during the night. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, so we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. :)

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff were extremely friendly and contacted us in-advance of check-in to see our apartment was ready as they had prioritised access following our request a few weeks earlier. Had a 2 bed apartment which was huge and very clean. Would thoroughly recommend.

The hotel staff was very understandable and focused on problem solving. Our room has no curtains when we mentioned it she changed our room. The hotel is in baščaršija. Location is perfect. Everything is just around the corner.
