The staff were fantastic and really were the selling point of our stay. Friendly, helpful and engaging. I think we met 5/6 staff over the 3 nights and all were excellent! I cannot rate them highly enough and are a perfect example of the people you will come across in B&H in general. The location is also great, right in the centre of old town with everything within walking distance.

Very good attention upon arrival. They explain very well all the places to visit Sarajevo in detail. It is very central.We had a few cold days, so the heating was very good, Because it is low season, they have given us a higher category room with the offer.the buffet was very complete the three

Location is excellent, in the old town. The girls at the reception are simply fantastic, speak excellent English, are polite, professional and extremely helpful. Breakfast is good and the room was clean.
