This hotel had better days for sure, but perfect location and extraordinary stuff deserve highest grade. Rooms are spacios and clean, toiletries are fine, beds are comfortable. We had king apartment (not sure what is official name) on the top, which is very nice - three separate rooms, spacious kitchen... Our friends were in regular two bed room - also spacious and comfortable. Stuff is very nice and willing to help with everything. Alwayst there for you. Althoug we came few hours early, our room was ready, next day we left our car a bit longer, also all fine.

The personnel was very kind (allowed to check in earlier than 2 pm, answered our questions about the city, and told us where to go and what we could see) In addition, there was a heating system and the room had a comfortable temperature (which is important for us based on our previous experience). And, the location is very convenient

The location and breakfast were good. It was super clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. They did everything to make our stay pleasent.

A friendly welcoming host. Couldn't do enough for us. Close to the old town -about 15 minutes walk. Nice buffet breakfast. Pity we were only able to stay one night.

Edin and his brother were super friendly and helpful, providing all the tips and info we needed to enjoy Sarajevo They also sorted out free parking for us The hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy the sights and sounds of Sarajevo
