It was in the city center, "2 steps" from everything. The room was like we were in а fairy tale. The staff were amazing, energetic, funny, kind and very very helpful.

It's located just next to the old town, many restaurants, kiosks and cafes around. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in Sarajevo. The room is clean anf bed is comfy.

The girl at the reception went out of her way to help me with my request. The location is great, close to the airport bus station and minutes walk from attractions.

The location is perfect. The staff is great. The parking space just outside of the hotel is very convenient. They serve burek for breakfast, but they do not advertise it... or we missed the information so decided not to include it in our stay. We found it out by accident from the owner of Buregdzinica Bosna.

This cute little hotel has so much going for it - great location, nice rooms, good breakfast etc - but the thing that made it stand out as our favourite accommodation during our month long trip was Leila (I hope I spelt her name right) on the front desk. Leila was an absolute delight. She was warm and kind and gave us great advice and information about her city. She spoke so highly about her boss - and her workmate - something which I always admire in a person. So, yes, Hotel Lula is great, but Leila at Lula is the best. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Very friendly staff, close to restaurants, shops and other tourist attractions. The area is a good starting point to discover Sarajevo. Travel agency also nearby to arrange free walking tour or day tours to other places in Bosnia
