Excellent hotel in a good location. Good breakfast, polite and professional staff and good rooms. The single negative was the air con in room stopped working after 2 days, and when reported we were told it was deliberate and was now heating only. The room thereafter was too warm to sleep comfortably.......didn't spoil the stay, but was a real shame.

++included parking, refurnished rooms in 6st floor, fruits as compliment in room,kettle in room -rather poor wifi in room, water pressure of shower not the best --performance of restaurant for single guests is far subpar....and the ravioi from package...

I booked this hotel because of its history and story. Rooms were nice and cleaned, recently renovated (at least ours), the staff was nice. It's a non-smoking hotel which was nice. The lobby is very nice (although it needs some touches. Breakfast was decent. Parking is free which is very nice. All in all it was good, I would stay there again, but it has much more potential!

We stayed in 4 hotels in Sarajevo and can definitely say that this one was the best. Nice location, the best buffet breakfast in Sarajevo. Slippers, bathrobes, minibar available in the room.

Friendly staff, free parking under the hotel,(tip- arrange parking before you arrive, I'm happy I did it as the parking there Is manic) Good sized, clean bedrooms with an excellent mattress on the bed. Hotel quite close to the centre and easy to locate when arriving by car when your satnav suddenly loses signal and you have no map. Nice to have a pool for a quick refreshing swim, and the gym is well equipped. Good value for the price, so I wasn't expecting a proper 4 star after reading the other reviews.
