Excellent and substantial breakfast, quality and wide selection of food and drinks. The property has the necessary facilities, but it is far from the 5-star level. Excellent and spacious rooms, clean, warm, equipped, towels changed every day. Kudos to the room maintenance staff.

Room was large, clean and cosy, the bed was very comfortable. I found gluten-free bread in the restaurant for breakfast - all compliments from my side as it is very rare to find.

The room includes breakfast. I have never seen in my life such a rich breakfast offer like here. The room is clean and very spacious. Towels, slippers, bath robes, hangers everything was right there. Elevators way too many, you never had to wait. Although the hotel seemed almost fully booked, the rooms are quiet. No noisy neighbors, you can sleep very well here. They had parties almost every night at the conference area, so if you arrive late to the parking lot, it could be difficult to find an empty spot. Parking is free of course, I was here around the end of the year, it explains all the parties. Again, despite the parties the hotel is quiet. SPA is excellent, bar is excellent, and everyone at this hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel - the rooms are brilliant, Ilidža tram stop is in walking distance which takes you to the city centre and the old town. The staff are very friendly, Ahmed and all of the reception staff are always on hand to assist with any queries and have good conversation. The price is great for the quality of the hotel and if you want a comfortable stay in Sarajevo then stay with Hotel Hills.
