Great location and friendly helpful staff. The room was excellent and really spacious, and we loved the Viennese Cafe. Being Valentines, our request for champagne and strawberries in our room on arrival was also met without question or complication

The hotel is very centrally located and the rooms are spacious and clean. The reception lady was very welcoming and friendly. The bathroom is very spacious, although the lighting was not very good.

The location was superb. The rooms comfortable and well equipped. The best thing about our stay was the staff, both in the hotel and the Vienese cafe, they were wonderful. helpful and unfailingly friendly.

We were upgraded to a Suite and given the size of the rooms were very happy. So close to the happening area of the Old Town, with all the bits of shopping, restaurants, and mosques and museums.
