Friendly staff from the reception to the breakfast area. Shout out to Alia in the front desk during the day for all her assistance with car pickup for airport and guide of the City. Room is cozy and neat. Free breakfast is good and okay.

The rather central location just up the road from the Sebilj was excellent. Dina was very friendly and the overall service was excellent. Additionally, the breakfasts were more than satisfactory. Overall, excellent service.

The staff at the hotel were amazing - they booked a trip to Mostar for us, accommodated any wish of ours and genuinely were just so lovely! They really made the stay perfect. Would really recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Sarajevo!

Excellent boutique hotel, only 5 minutes walk from Baščaršija. Private car garage available. Nice breakfast, spacious rooms. Very nice staff!!

location was very central to the old town. We tried the breakfast for 1 day and it was very reasonable and very good. Staff were very helpful and more than happy to give suggestions for places to eat and things to go. Aliya was always happy to help us and was very attentive to our needs.

The staff was great. Especially the blonde woman. She spoke perfect English and was very helpful. The room wasn't good or bad. It was okay. Would I stay here again? No. Was it terrible? No. If you want a budget hotel, this is a good choice. The location was good and the neighborhood was safe.
