Nice and clean apartment, in a modern building, with a nice balcony view. A great benefit is good parking in the garage and kind hosts. Also, in the neighborhood, there are all kinds of shops - from food to clothes, pet shops, etc., and also coffee shops and restaurants. Everything is as it should be and more.
