The location was perfect. The neighborhood is lively and cosmopolitan but much more relaxed than the area across the city, and the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful. At the same time, it is only a 15-20 min walk to the center, and there was a lot of character right near the apartment as well. Caffe Meeting Point was just downstairs, and it was wonderful at all times of day and night. The concept store and cafe Kutcha is just around the corner in the back and is worth looking for. The entire neighborhood felt very safe even very late. The apartment itself is spotless, and most of it is new and well-constructed, I usually have serious allergies, and had no problem here -- it was better than my own home in that regard. More generally it was just pleasant to be in the flat. The morning breeze and sun in the kitchen made breakfast very nice. The weather outside was hot later in the day, and so the air conditioning and the clothes-washing machine were both very welcome features after hot days spent outside. I should also mention that between checking in and checking out, we met three members of the family who own the flat and they were all wonderful, warm, hospitable people, even despite my inconvenient flight schedules. Communication with the hosts was great, both via Bookings.com and via WhatsApp.

location is great. free car parking is available between 22.00-07.00. decoration is simple and nice.
