Fantastic coffee machine in the foyer. Loved the washer/dryer in every room Staff were amazing. At check-in one of the staff apologised for their English. Their English was great -no need to apologise.

Great location. Within walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Nijo market. Washing machine in the room. Our room had a nice view of the TV tower

Tokyu stay is very near to the train station. Hence it is very convenient to move around.

Very good location. Staff are very friendly. A little small but has all the amenities. Good to have a washing machine and dryer. Even has separate dryer for pants and shoes for the winter!

The hotel location was ok although you will need to find which exit from the Odori Station which has elevator. This station has more than 30 exits and it is linked to the Sapporo JR Station. The washing machine cum dryer in the room is a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

1. Location is very good. It is near the Odori station Exit 34, near Nijo market, near 2. Good water pressure 3. Has washer/dryer and machien to press pants 4. Bed is nice to sleep in 5. Breakfast: don't expect an extensive breakfast like in big hotels BUT the food is prepared very nicely, it's delicious.

Room was pretty small for a triple room. Nonetheless, the room was very comfortable, toilet is very clean. The location is fantastic, a short walk to shopping and restaurants.
