Rooms were clean and spacious, we had a comfortable stay here. Breakfast was nice but was the same menu everyday and we quickly got bored of it. Tea selection was great! Also a plus point that the hotel has direct access to the underpass that linked to the train stations.

Location, accessible from Pole Town underground mall. So we dont have to walk in the snow with our big luggage from the train station Everything is available in the neighbourhood, malls, resto, even DonQ opposite the hotel opens 24hrs. Free snack available at PM, they will give you free coins to exchange with snack/drinks. Room size is a bit small, but I can open one big luggage.

The location is exceptional! In the middle of Susukino neighborhood and it connects quickly to all transport lines, it’s the dream.

Location is very strategic and convenient. There were convenient store next to the hotel, basement shopping and restaurants and McDonald's and lotteria are just 2 mins walk away

Location is perfect central Sapporo. Near to shopping street and pole town and restaurants/cafes. Along main road so accessibility is good. Airport shuttle is also a few minutes walk away. Gave good knots coins for exchange of food and drinks. Nice restaurant
