We stayed for 11 nights around 2024 Xmas. Location was fantastic! Room space was not exactly big but was very well designed and offered almost all things/ functions needed. We booked 2 rooms and hotel staff managed to give us 2 rooms next to each other. Public bath was also very comfy.

This hotel offers a fantastic location with a beautiful view of Sapporo city. The spacious lobby has comfortable sofas and warm air, creating a cozy waiting area for guests checking in. The hotel also provides short-term luggage storage (we didn’t use this service, so we’re unsure about any specific limitations or rules). We traveled with three 30-inch suitcases, and the room was large enough to accommodate them comfortably, allowing us to spread them out without any issues. The distance between the bed and the television was ideal, and the soundproofing was excellent. The hot spring was pleasant, with only a mild sulfur scent, making it feel more like a relaxing “hot water bath.” For those who prefer private baths, our room was also equipped with a bathtub. Since it rained on some days, the hotel thoughtfully provided us with umbrellas that we could use until checkout. Breakfast was delightful, featuring a variety of Hokkaido specialties (the breakfast fee can be paid at the restaurant entrance). The beds and pillows were perfect, ensuring a very restful stay. We had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again if we return to Sapporo.

Very good location. Located near JR station. Safe area and not too noisy. The hotel is new and well-maintained. Bathroom has separated wet and dry area. The room size is adequate rather spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels.

The hotel was super close to Sapporo Station, which was a huge plus. The room was like a little cabin in the woods, and I loved the cozy vibe. It was spacious, clean, and quiet too. The public bath was awesome - big, clean, and the water was just the right temperature. But the breakfast was the real winner. There were so many options to choose from, and being able to make my own seafood donburi was the cherry on top!
