Kudo san was incredibly helpful, he gave us a lift to the station both at check in and out. The breakfast everyday was different and delicious. Amazing value for money and great host!

Very nice , cosy and shabby house. Orginal japanese athmosphere. Host has everything you need. Supermarket round the corner. I felt home rightaway. The host is friendly and cheerfull. Japanese breakfast is good.

I felt very comfortable at Shabby House, and it had everything I needed during my stay - including different styles of bike to borrow, depending on what was needed for my destination. Great sushi-based breakfasts and convenient pickup/drop off at main transit station (schedule dependent).

The proprietor is a gracious and generous man going above and beyond including picking us up from and dropping us off at Sapporo train station. A 15-minute tram ride will get you into the centre of town.

Such a little quaint gem in Sapporo. The owner of the place is the best. He offered to pick me up and bring me to the JR station. Made different fresh breakfasts for us every morning. And the common room is cute decorated. I also can really recommend the conveyor belt sushi around the corner. It's not one of the three big chains but local. One of the better sushi's I ate in Japan
