Very large room. Location was great with a short walk from the station via the underground walkway - though the directions from the station were a little confusing - but that isn’t necessarily the hotels fault. Older hotel but very clean.

Location! There is an airport bus next to the hotel. Also you can walk underground to Sapporo station and Tokyu Department store.

Clean room, excellent breakfast and superb location to explore the city centre with directly connected to underground walkway to Sapporo and Odori stations.

Superb location to explore the city centre. The bus stop outside the hotel directly to New Chitose Airport is so convenient especially early hour flight in the winter.

The hotel offered all services at the highest level. We enjoyed the most delightful evening for our anniversary on Christmas Eve at the Kokaku Restaurant and could not thank the staff more. They were fantastic. A life memory experience

The location of the hotel was fantastic as most places were within walking distance due to its central location. The room was spacious and ideal for a family of 5. Breakfast selection was average. Would be better if there was more choices.
