Great price! right in the center of Sapporo. The onsen was amazing, had indoor and outdoor baths. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were helpful and polite. We will be coming back to this one!

I love Onsen Spa for free that is the good one of hotel’s facilities. Room is so clean and size is ok for 2 persons. Staff can use English is fair. Location is not far from the center of city. In front of hotel has the yakiniku just try it! and nearby the Shopping street that’s so good.

Very nice hotel in a quiet but central location. Tasteful rooms and interior, very nice onsen bath and great breakfast selection. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Facilities provided were great we didn't even know they had an onsen till we got there which was lovely. Room was spacious and we also didn't realise we would he getting individual beds which was another added win after a long 24 hours of travel. Staff where kind and welcoming and everything was clean tidy and in good working condition

Our stay in Granbell Sapporo was amazing, I tought it would have like a catch but it doesn't. Everything looks like the photos, the staff helps us to wake very early in the morning and even ask a taxi for us. I can't recommend enough this hotel, and even the location is very near to a very commercial zone full with restaurants and shops.

It's clean, the hot springs are good, and it's luxurious.
