We appreciated the large size of the connecting family room, and being on the 18th floor we enjoyed the view! Great house keeping Enjoyed our drink at the 21Club bar also. All the staff we interacted with during our 3 night stay were very friendly, welcoming & helpful ☺️

Great location, 4-5mins walk from the nearest station and 15-20mins away from shopping areas/ main train station. Great service as the staff were patient and helpful. The hotel/room was calm and quiet, right next to a park where we could go play in the snow. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if in Sapporo

The hotel boasts an excellent location overlooking Nakajima Park. The room was big and impeccably clean. Each day, complimentary drinks were available from 1 to 7 in a lounge with a lovely view. Most impressively, the breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel in Japan. I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else in Sapporo!

The hotel is located in a community near Nakajima Koen Park，the guest room facing the park will have a nice view, the other side's city view would be a bit boiling. There is a nice drinking bar in the 1F lobby. Guests can relax there with free drinks and a quiet autumn view. Breakfast is a standard buffet plus a simple western set.

A beautiful hotel and location with very helpful staff. There are plenty of ammenities local to the hotel and it's right on top of a subway line that leads directly North to the main JR train station and stops all the way along central Sapporo, but also heads south towards the Bus station for excursions outside of the city.
