Friendly family, nice talk during breakfast, they keep the place tidy, they make you feel welcome, there is different jars with free beverages: chocolate, latte, coffee and green tea, free biscuits and snacks are also provided. The breakfast is very simple: eggs, condiments and bread .the bread was excellent, multigrain, thick layer, fluffy and nicely toasted good value for money absolutely nothing like first price white bread. There is soap and shampoo in the shower. I could tell they're working hard to keep the place clean and make you feel welcome and I enjoyed my stay a lot. Very happy with my first day in Japan

Everything was clean not one single hair in the bathroom. Breakfast is very generous pretty much all you can eat :)

Very neat and tidy everywhere. I liked Michi san answered me every single questions I asked beforehand so I could get to there smoothly even though it was far away from Chitose airport. Also, chatting with her past time, it was delightful spent time with her throughout my stay there.

The owner a really present and we have good discussion with them. The atmosphere is really good, it's clean and close to streetcar and Nikajima park.

Like the ambience of the house. It's cozy and warm. The owner was very welcoming. Loved it overall!! Close to streetcar station(tram)

Very clean and located in a peaceful area near a park but still not far away from the center. The owner can speak very well english, are friendly and helpful. Best hostel for staying in Sapporo

It's super clean with very functional and high quality furnishing and amenities. But the most outstanding thing was the people - the hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful and the place was set up with a great living room kind of place where people would often hang out and meet each other. I ended up visiting many places around Sapporo with the other guests. It's a dynamic I've never encountered before elsewhere.

Lovely cozy guesthouse with super sweet hosts who run it. They will Do everything to make you feel comfortable. Very vommunicative. House has everything you need. Even basic but nice breakfast with fresh coffee. Very clean too. Great sushi place close by :)

This guesthouse feels like way more than a hostel. It feels like a home. The owners (Eric and Mitsi) genuinely care about this place more than just a business, they never intrude but they will sit with everybody in the common area having good chats in a super friendly way. The included breakfast is awesome and there's always more than enough to eat. The beds are comfortable and the showers and bathrooms are all very clean. I will definitely be coming back here next time I stay in Sapporo (soon) because it made the experience so much better. Definitely go through the owners recommendations for local restaurants as well as they were all great choices
